Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire agreement between you and DATABASEGRAM.COM with respect to your use of the Database/Service, and in case of any conflict between this agreement and the prior communication and proposal, the terms and policies in this agreement shall be considered supreme and final.
⦁ All the databases are collected through various sources around the world
⦁ The company can change the discounts and offers without any prior notice.
⦁ There is no provision of money back. So no money will be paid back in any condition.
⦁ Buyers of the database should mention their complete requirement while communicating with us.
⦁ The product delivery process shall commence only after the buyer has paid us for the specified database and his payment is verified.
⦁ We usually send the database by Courier or Indian Postal Service. Courier / Post will be sent within 2 working days after verification of payment.
⦁ You are automatically abided by the terms and conditions of the company, once the payment is made.
⦁ Once you have received the DVD’s, you should not forward or sale the DVD to anyone else by any mean for any reason.
⦁ If we felt that any buyer who is/are intentionally trying to purchase the database and after getting the database he/she may create a dispute about the payment and/or about the product, the company reserves the right to terminate all the relation with that particular buyer.

⦁ Any or all the terms and conditions issued by the company may change at any time.
⦁ All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction Only.
